Ultimate forwards the fight between Thiago Marreta and Johnny Walker to September 25th, says website

Ultimate is close to making official a fight between two Brazilians that promises to excite Brazilian fans. The company negotiates the confrontation between Thiago Marreta e Johnny Walker, valid for light heavyweight (up to 93kg.), for February 25th, with no location yet defined. The information was initially published by 'Combat'.

If there is confirmation from the organization, Thiago Marreta arrives at the duel in a complicated situation, coming from three consecutive defeats. In his last fight, he was defeated by Aleksandar Rakić in a unanimous decision by the judges, in March this year. Currently, the Rio native is in fourth place in the light heavyweight division and has a record of 21 triumphs and eight setbacks.

Pointed out as one of the biggest promises in the division, Johnny Walker has a record of 18 positive results and five negative results. Furthermore, in his last triumph, he knocked out Ryan spann in the first round, in September 2020.

The event, which takes place on February 25th, is still being set up by the company. The duel between Marreta and Walker, however, is not confirmed as the main attraction of the card.
