Even knowing about the company's negotiations to confirm the fight between the group's champion, Francis Ngannou, and Derrick Lewis, 'Bones' continues to focus on his physical evolution. On his social networks, the North American recorded new images of the evident change.

Absolute legend of the UFC light heavyweight (up to 93kg.), Jones has not stepped into the octagon since February 2020, when he defended his old belt against Dominick reyes. Months later, the North American gave up the title and started preparing for one of the biggest challenges of his career.
UFC President, Dana White, a few months ago, even confirmed 'Bones' as a challenger for the heavyweight belt, facing the winner between Stipe Miocic e Francis Ngannou. After the clash between the athletes and the brutal victory of the French-Cameroonian, the president changed his speech and signaled Derrick Lewis as the first challenger to the new category leader.
Upon learning of his boss's suggestion, Jones began a virtual war with the organization. In addition to the disappointment of being left aside, the North American also asks for a salary increase from the company.
While 'Bones' and Ultimate are not resolved, the athlete continues to focus on his physical evolution. There is still no date or opponent for the fighter's long-awaited debut.
