Glover Teixeira faces Ryan Bader at UFC 160

Considered one of the main names in the UFC light heavyweight category, the Brazilian Glover Teixeira He already has a new opponent defined. Glover will face the winner of the The Ultimate Fighter 8, Ryan bader, at UFC 160, May 25th.

Glover Teixeira, who won the three fights he had for Ultimate – against Kyle Kingsbury, Fábio Maldonado and Quinton Rampage Jackson – seeks his 19th consecutive career victory. The Minas Gerais fighter's last defeat was suffered in March 2005, against the American Ed Herman.

In turn, the North American Ryan bader, has an uneven recent record: with three wins and three losses in his last six appearances in the Octagon. After being defeated by the Brazilian Lyoto Machida in August last year, “Darth Bader”, as he is known, recovered by submitting veteran Vladimir Matyushenko just 50 seconds into the fight, at UFC on Fox 6, in January.
