Jiu-jitsu showed, once again, that it can always surprise MMA lovers with something new and exciting. In a fight valid for the ACA Young Eagles 18 event, held on Tuesday (13), Russian fighter Ibrakhim Askhabov submitted Georgiy Tsugkiev in an unusual position. In combat, the featherweight (up to 65,7kg) used the buggy choke and put his opponent to sleep in a matter of seconds.

The technique of buggy choke consists of finishing an opponent in a disadvantageous position from below. In guard, the fighter hugs the opponent's neck and transforms into different variations of blows, making it difficult to defend him.
With the triumph, Ibrakhim Askhabov qualified for the semifinals of the tournament and ended his first MMA fight with mastery.
On the other hand, Georgiy Tsugkiev once again 'tastes' defeat after two positive results and now has a balanced record of three triumphs and three setbacks in his career.
