Ultimate's president, Dana White, never hid his criticism of the adventures of Jake Paul in boxing. The president even indicated that he would bet US$1 million (around R$5,5 million) on Ben Askren. After the devastating knockout of youtuber, rapper Snoop Dogg – one of the event's owners – insisted on charging the amount. Now, the 'big boss' denied that he had closed the deal and claimed that he did not complete the bet.

“I can tell you one thing: I don’t owe Snoop anything. I have never made an illegal bet. I didn't make an illegal bet on Saturday night and I didn't bet anything with Snoop or anyone else,” Dana said in an interview with the website 'Yahoo Sports'.

White's alleged bet would have happened a few weeks ago, when the 'big boss' participated in the podcast 'Hotboxing With Mike Tyson'. At the time, the president showed confidence regarding Ben Askren's boxing performance, even though he had not seen the veteran perform in the sport. He even considered betting US$1 million (around R$5,5 million), but now says he has not reached an agreement.

“Javier Mendez (AKA coach) called me right after I did the podcast Mike Tyson and said these 'Triller Fight Club' guys want to make this bet, but I said it was illegal. Firstly, I will not place an illegal bet. And why would I bet US$1 million or US$2 million if I could do it legally in Las Vegas and get more chances?”, added the 'boss'.
