Rashad Evans knocks out Chuck Liddell at UFC-88

UFC-88 recently ended in Atlanta, in the United States, and the night was not a good one for the Brazilians. On the preliminary card, Roan “Jucão” Carneiro had a tough fight, but ended up being defeated by the Japanese Ryo Chonan in a split decision by the judges, Thiago tavares suffered his second consecutive defeat in Ultimate to Kurt Pelegrino in a unanimous decision.

On the main card, in one of the most anticipated fights of the night, Rousimar “Toquinho” Palhares was close to finishing Dan Henderson in the second round, but he also ended up defeated in a unanimous decision by the judges.
