After an apathetic performance against Daniel Rodriguez in the UFC Las Vegas 23, Mike Perry is aware of the bad moment in MMA. With seven defeats in the last 10 fights, the American opened up about his situation and promised to improve for the last fight in his current contract with the organization. The statement was made on his social networks.

“I used to be amazing. I do not know what happened. I have one more fight on my contract. I'm going to train hard, give everything for my family. I need to do this to give them a better life. I will bleed every day for them, if I need to,” the athlete wrote on his Instagram account.
Coming from defeat to Tim means, in November 2020, Perry needed a positive result to get back on track to winning ways and stabilize his career. What was seen, however, was a great disparity between the athlete and his opponent, Rodriguez.
Known for his aggression, Mike managed to land a few blows on his rival over the course of 15 minutes. The attacks, however, were not enough to stop Rodriguez's momentum, who took advantage of his better reach and touched his rival more effectively.
After three rounds, Perry was defeated by unanimous decision by the judges and left the octagon with a badly bruised face. The athlete has not won a challenge since the clash against Mickey gall, in June of last season.
Over the weekend, Mike, 29, reached his 22nd fight as a professional in MMA. Today, the fighter has 14 triumphs and eight setbacks.
