after being Publicly 'charged' over promised and unfulfilled donation to Dustin Poirier's charity, Conor McGregor didn't take the 'reminder' well. Opponent of the North American in UFC 264, the Irishman appears to have given up on the trilogy and is looking for a new opponent for the show confirmed for July 10th. The statement was made in the Twitter.

“Why do you think with your ears? Your brain is dead. $500 without a plan? You must be new when it comes to money. The fight is cancelled. I will face someone else on July 10th. Good luck with your old contract, kid,” McGregor wrote.
The story began in January 2021, when Poirier and McGregor were promoting their second fight. At the press conference held before the UFC 257, the North American publicly thanked the Irishman, who offered to donate US$500 (around R$2,845 million) to 'The Good Fight Foundation', managed by 'Diamante'.
Months later, as revealed by Dustin, the amount was never received. The North American also claimed that he tried to contact the 'Notório' team, however, there was no response.
If the confrontation is, in fact, cancelled, Ultimate could lose the opportunity to profit even more from a new meeting between the athletes. In January, the lightweight rematch (under 70,3kg) broke records and went down in history as one of the most profitable clashes in MMA.
You're ripped you inbred hillbilly. Why do you wink with your ears? You fucking brain dead hillbilly. 500k with no plan in place. Ye hang tight. Fool. You must be new to money. The fight is off btw. I'm going to fight someone else on the 10th. Good luck on your old contract kid.
