“There’s no doubt in my mind that I would win, for sure. I'm so different. I don't know how to explain it, I just want you to see it on July 17th. Some things I didn't realize before as a fighter, I feel like I'm finally understanding at this stage in my life. I don't know, maybe it's maturity, watching this sport, without the pressure of competing all the time, allowed me to look at it in a more cerebral way”, declared 'Cupcake'.

Unfortunately for Miesha, a third fight against Ronda is a long way off. The first bantamweight champion (up to 61,2kg) hung up her gloves, in mixed martial arts, in 2016, migrating to the 'WWE' (wrestling) and is not willing to return to the sport.

With a record of 18 wins and seven losses, Miesha Tate returns to MMA, seeking the bantamweight title again. His greatest moment of glory in Ultimate was in March 2016, when he won Holly holm, at UFC 196 and became champion of the category. The North American was dethroned in her first title defense, by the Brazilian Amanda nunes. Her last fight was in November 2016, when she was defeated by Rachel Pennington.
