The fight
The fight started with Sanchez taking the initiative. The North American, 10cm taller, worked with high kicks and on Patrício's base. On the other hand, Pitbull was quick to cut short and land punches. In one of Emmanuel's attacks, the Potiguar landed a clean cross and knocked the North American down. Sanchez still managed to get up, but Patrício used the guillotine choke. The Brazilian still had to tell the central referee that his opponent was unresponsive and was unconscious for the mediator to end the dispute at 3:35 minutes into the fight.
Neiman Gracie loses tough fight against Jason Jackson
In the second most important fight of the Bellator 255, the Brazilian did not have the chance to celebrate like in the main attraction. The black belt Neiman Gracie fought a balanced duel against the Jamaican jason jackson, but was overcome in the unanimous decision of the judges (29-28, 29-29-28, 29-28).

In the third part, Neiman landed a good right and accepted Jackson's response to shorten and look for the takedown, but he ended up falling underneath. Jackson weighed in well against a tired Brazilian and spent the entire round in an advantageous position. In the end, the three judges scored the victory for the fighter from Jamaica.
More Brazil at Bellator 255
In addition to Patrício and Neiman, Brazil had three more representatives on the preliminary card of the Bellator 255. Heavyweight Augusto 'Gugu' Barros submitted Jonathan Wilson with a triangle choke in the first round.
