“This guy just shot his gun in the middle of an amateur MMA fight. The shameful, pathetic and cowardly behavior ruined a great night of confrontations”, wrote Hector, on his Instagram account.

Also according to the North American website, the case investigator, Teri Barbera, stated that, to date, there have been no arrests for the incident. The team, however, is working to follow up on the case.

“We are speaking to witnesses and are trying to locate anyone who may have been involved in this. Fortunately, no one was hit by gunfire. There could be more accusations, of having killed someone. These are shots fired, which is a felony charge,” Teri said.

One of the partners of theBamboo Room', Darren Cummings, is willing to ban events of this nature in the future. The owner regretted the situation.

“I’m not sure we’re going to allow these events in our parking lot anymore,” Cummings said.

In an interview with the channel WBPF, from Florida, the president of Rize Fighting Championship, Armando Gonzalez, also regretted what happened. For the president, the situation tarnished a show, which, according to him, had a positive balance.

PUBLICITY:

“It was a little scary for a lot of people, we were definitely in shock to see something like that happen. For an event that went so well to end like this is a bit frustrating. Let’s hope the authorities arrest this man”, he concluded.
