Pezão takes issue with Overeem on Twitter: “Who is the king of Miami?”

Brazilian publishes photomontage provoking rival; Dutch ends up like

Big Foot Overeem

The heavy weight Antonio Pezão was responsible for one of the most incredible victories at UFC 156, an event held last Saturday (02), in Las Vegas. The Brazilian turned the fight against alistair overeem with a merciless knockout in the third round. During the days leading up to the fight, the opponents exchanged barbs through the press and Overeem, in Pezão's opinion, was disrespectful. Precisely for this reason, the Brazilian athlete did not spare his rival after the victory, provoking him for Twitter

Pezão posted on his account on the microblogging network a photomontage in which he appears holding an alligator by its collar, which has Overeem's head – a play on the magazine's cover UFC 360 in which the Dutchman appears with the animal. But the Brazilian did not limit himself to image in his provocation. “Who is the king of Miami now?” he snapped.

The Brazilian now has two consecutive victories for the UFC, after the defeat he suffered against Cain Velazquez in his debut with the organization. In his entire career, Pezão has 18 wins and only four defeats.
