The 'soap opera' between Jon Jones e Israel adesanya has grown in recent days and now has a new chapter. After the Nigerian revealed that he would follow the steps from the North American until the fight took place, it was the former light heavyweight champion's turn (up to 93kg) to make fun of the comment.

On your official account on 'Twitter', Jones took aim at Adesanya's recent comments looking for a confrontation. According to him, there is no point in the 'challenge' and recalled the Nigerian's refusal in the past.
“(Journalist) Ariel Helwani asked about me and Adesanya gave a seven-minute answer. I love it, when opponents realize they can't beat me and prefer to say that 'Jones is fake'. The fact that he tries to keep this feud going is hilarious. The guys who claim to be the best MMA fighter of all time are only a third in MMA. It's arrogance at its best. I swear this will make you blind,” Jones wrote.
Considered two of the biggest names in MMA today, Jones and Adesanya have frequently provoked each other in public. However, the 'Bones' is preparing to have his first fight at heavyweight (up to 120,2kg.) against the winner of 'Miocic x Ngannou', while 'Stylebender' should return to defend the middleweight title (up to 83,9kg) next.
