After being largely dominated by Leon in the first round of the dispute, Belal did not have the opportunity to try to recover in the clash. In the opening seconds of the second stage, the Englishman connected with the blow to the North American's right eye.

Immediately, Muhammad despaired and cried profusely in the octagon. The athlete addressed the referee stating that he could not see.

After a few minutes, it was possible to notice Belal's injury. After analysis by UFC doctors, the referee chose to interrupt the confrontation, confirming the 'I didn't answer'.
