Werdum receives five stitches in his chin after training with Wanderlei Silva

The heavy weight Fabricio Werdum is training hard for the second season's coaches' duel, The Ultimate Fighter Brazil against Rodrigo Minotauro. This Thursday (31), at Instagram, the fighter posted an image with four photographs of the medical procedure he underwent, in which he received five stitches, after a cut on his chin.

Along with the image, Werdum posted a comment addressed to his friend and training partner, Wanderlei Silva. “I just got 5 stitches in my chin! But there will be a return! Neh @wandfc (profile Wanderlei Silva No. Twitter) ?My dear little friend! Hahahahaha! Te quiero mucho!”, he published.

the last appearance of Fabricio Werdum in the octagon was in June last year, at UFC 147, in Belo Horizonte. On that occasion, the gaucho knocked out the American Mike Russow in the first round, amid shouts of “Vai Cavalo!” of the fans present at Mineirinho. Already Wanderlei Silva, is in the final stretch of preparation for his first fight in Japan, where he is an idol since 2006. Wanderlei will face Brian Stann at UFC on Fuel TV8, March 3rd.
