Dana admits betting more than R$5 million on Ben Askren's victory over Jake Paul; youtuber responds

Critic of the digital influencer's qualities in boxing, UFC president 'opens his wallet' and indicates the MMA veteran's triumph in a superfight to take place in April

UFC President, Dana White has never hidden his criticism of the qualities of Jake Paul in his boxing tests. Analyzing the confrontation between the digital influencer and MMA veteran, Ben Askren, the Ultimate 'boss' went further and admitted betting US$1 million (around R$5,5 million) on the former Bellator and ONE Championship champion. Upon learning of the president's speech, the influencer didn't let it go and responded accordingly.

“Let's be honest, Jake Paul He's not a boxer. He is a boy from YouTube. (…) I hope we can bet on this fight, because I'm going to pay US$1 million, as he loses the fight”, said White, participating in the program 'Hotboxing', accompanied by former champions, Mike Tyson and Zab Judah.

Upon learning of Dana's speech, Paul, who is always present on social media, didn't take long to respond. On his Instagram account, the youtuber He was thrilled to learn of the UFC boss's desire and increased his proposal.

“Dana, let’s double down. US$2 million. US$4 million in total. Winner takes all,” Jake wrote.
