The days go by and the expectations of MMA enthusiasts, to know how the performance of Jon Jones in the heavyweight division (up to 120,2kg) of the UFC, they increase. In the tireless search for the best physical shape, 'Bones' has been met with distrust from some fans, who question what the athlete's speed will be like in a category above the 93kg group. Trying to 'calm down' his critics, the athlete released a video showing his movements and mocked any skepticism about his success.

“I feel like I move pretty well for a fat guy. I believe I'll be moving the best I've ever had once I really get in shape,” wrote 'Bones' on his Instagram account. Twitter.

Considered by many to be the best fighter of all time, Jon announced his move to heavyweight in August 2020. At the time, the athlete made his decision public and gave up his old light heavyweight belt.

After making his decision official, the North American began the process of gaining muscle mass. Over the past few months, Jones has been showing off his physical evolution on his social media. Recently, the athlete stated that he would weigh around 113 kg.

There is still no confirmed date for Jon's debut in the under-120,2kg category. The fighter, however, received information that he will face the winner between Stipe Miocic e Francis Ngannou, for the division belt. The statement was made by the UFC president himself, Dana White, who even suggested a debut between June and September this season.
