MMA legend, Amanda nunes defends his featherweight title (up to 65,7kg) for the second time against Megan anderson, UFC 259. Despite betting on a victory for the Brazilian, the former rival, Holly holm, says that the North American could surprise and take advantage due to its size, on March 6th.

“I really feel like Amanda (Nunes) is going to win this fight, but I always think there's a chance I'll be surprised. I don't believe Amanda has fought a fighter as tall as Megan anderson. She's the tallest person I've ever fought and she's improved since our fight, too. So you never know what to expect. I believe that Amanda will win the fight, but I don't rule out any scenario”, said Holm, in an interview with 'MMA Junkie'.

The 'Pastor's Daughter', as she is known, has already faced fighters vying for the belt in UFC 259. Firstly, he won Megan anderson in June 2018 in the unanimous decision of the judges and was accredited to challenge Amanda nunes by title. However, Holly ended up being knocked out in the first round, in a fight that took place about a year later. Having faced both combatants, the North American analyzed the technical fit for the fight.

“What might be a different challenge for Amanda (Nunes) is that Megan’s reach is long. Her legs are long. She has a different style. I just don't think it's a big problem. I think Amanda will be able to adjust to this and still be able to do what she wants. But anything can happen”, concluded the American.

Holly holm shocked the world by becoming champion of the featherweight division (up to 65,7kg) against the then undefeated Ronda Rousey, at UFC 193. However, the North American then lost to Miesha Tate and, since then, he has been unable to regain the title. At 39 years old, she has a record of 14 wins and five losses, comes from two consecutive victories and is preparing for the confrontation against Julianna Pena, which takes place on the 8st of May.
