The 'giant' Wagner Zuluzinho went through an unusual moment in his last fight, this Tuesday (23), when he faced the undefeated Yusup Shuaev at AMC Fight Nights. The Brazilian knocked down his opponent at the end of the first round with a counterattack and the referee intervened in the fight. He went out to celebrate, until he realized that the robbery had ended before the final outcome.

The duel continued for two more rounds, without much action between the combatants. In the third round, Zuluzinho even danced in the octagon and – purposefully – tilted his head to provoke his opponent. However, after 15 minutes, Shuaev was declared the winner by majority decision of the judges. With the victory, the Russian remained undefeated in six fights, five wins and one draw.
Zuluzinho, 42 years old, was defeated for the first time since 2018. The giant, who has played in events such as Pride e Cage warriors, was on a streak of three consecutive victories. Professional since 2004, he has a record of 12 positive results, ten negative results and one fight without result.
