The Brazilian Alex Cowboy already has a new opponent defined for the UFC Las Vegas 20. After leaving Randy Brown, for undisclosed reasons, the welterweight athlete (up to 77kg) will face Ramazan Kuramagomedov, on the preliminary card of the event, which takes place this Saturday (27), in Las Vegas (USA). The information was released by 'MMA Junkie'.

The Russian has a record of eight wins and is undefeated in professional MMA. Kuramagomedov has already fought in reality show UFC'Contender Series', when he beat Jordan Williams by split decision. The fight generated so much controversy in that edition that UFC president Dana White did not sign either athlete to his squad at that time.

Alex Cowboy has been in the UFC since 2015 and has already beaten big names like Carlos Condit, Tim means and Ryan LaFlare. The Brazilian had two consecutive victories, however, he was defeated in his last fight by Shavkat Rakhmonov, UFC 254, which took place in October 2020, in Abu Dhabi (UAE).

O UFC Las Vegas 20 will feature a duel of heavyweights (up to 120kg). In the fight that closes the card, Jairzinho Rosenstruik and Cyryl Gane they will exchange forces with an eye on a future title fight.
