After confirming the fight against Ben Askren in the boxing rules for April 17th, the youtuber Jake Paul began the preparation, and not with just any coach. Phenomenon of the North American internet, the digital influencer sought help with Jorge masvidal and recorded the training to adapt the famous knockout by 'Jesus das Ruas' for 'Nobre Arte', when he erased the former UFC fighter in 5 seconds.

“He knocked out my opponent, Ben Askren, in 5 seconds and now he will help me do it in less time. Jorge masvidal You are teaching me your secrets. On April 17th, the fight will last less than 4 seconds and then we'll go after Nate diaz”, wrote Paul, in his account on Twitter.
Big name in YouTube North American, Jake has become something of a 'entertainer'. The influencer produces videos, sings and, now, has ventured into the world of fights.
In November 2020, Paul was one of the protagonists of the prestigious card headlined by Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. At the time, the youtuber faced former NBA player Nate Robinson and brutalized the basketball player with a devastating knockout in the second round.
Seeking to face higher level athletes, Jake started to challenge names like Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis, but it was Askren who accepted the challenge.

Askren vs Masvidal
Former Bellator and ONE FC champion, Askren arrived in the UFC as a great promise for the welterweight division (under 77kg). Undefeated in his career and a big name in North American wrestling, the athlete ended up not doing well with the organization's gloves.
There were three appointments and only one positive result. The athlete, however, ended up being marked by the knockout suffered by Jorge Masvidal at UFC 239. At the time, after a great promotion, with provocations from both sides, Ben lasted just 5 seconds and was eliminated with a knee to the jaw, which instantly knocked him out.
