Protagonist of one of the biggest rivalries in MMA history, Khabib Nurmagomedov did not miss the opportunity to provoke Conor McGregor after the Irishman's tough defeat in the UFC 257, held this Saturday (23), in Abu Dhabi. Pay attention to the confrontation between the 'Notório' and Dustin poirier, the current lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg.) used social media to provoke his eternal opponent, who was knocked out in the second round.

“That's what happens when you change your team, abandon your teammates who made you champion and train with little boys. Very unrealistic”, wrote Khabib, on his account on 'Twitter'.
Retired since October 2020, when he crashed Justin gaethje and unified the lightweight title, Nurmagomedov had reasons to watch this weekend's event. According to Dana White, the Russian could rethink his decision and defend his title once again, if he saw something spectacular at the event.
With McGregor's defeat, the historic rematch ended up becoming more distant. And a new fight against Poirier may not be as promotionally interesting as it would be with Conor.
The Ultimate president revealed that he will have a new conversation with the Russian. But, at the press conference after the UFC 257, White was not optimistic about his pupil's return.
