junior gypsy is scheduled to defend the heavyweight belt against the American Cain Velazquez at UFC 155, an event that takes place on December 29th in Las Vegas, in the United States. The Brazilian knows that his rival, in addition to his well-known takedown game, has physical conditioning as one of his main weapons inside the Octagon, but that doesn't worry him. In action at the Corinthians Academy, in São Paulo, Cigano showed some of his training for the duel. He reveals that he worked hard and is ready for his second title defense within the organization.
“I think 50, 60% of the fight is physical conditioning. You have to be prepared to be able to use your technique in the rounds. I take this very seriously, I dedicate myself a lot to this part of physical preparation”, said Cigano, alongside his trainer, André Piccoli.
