It's not easy to be Jon Jones. The athlete who, for many, is the greatest fighter of all time, manages to shock the world both inside and outside the octagon. The former UFC light heavyweight champion (93kg) has already been involved in several controversial episodes and, this time, he was the protagonist in an unusual moment. Whoever was on the opposite side was not Israel adesanya, Francis Ngannou, Daniel Cormier, not even Dana White, but a thief who broke into her house.

On his social networks, Jones reported that his residence, in Albuquerque, was broken into by a thief, who tried to steal one of his cars. The fighter went after the criminal with a shotgun and posted the video on his Instagram account.
“Next time you try to rob someone, make sure you are quick enough to get away. He's lucky I'm smart enough not to shoot a man while he's backing away. Guys, I know we are living in difficult times, but your life is worth more than some material possessions. What did you think of this video, what would you do differently?” Jones posted on his Instagram.
It is not known whether the thief knew that he was attacking a property of Jon Jones, but it's worth remembering that this wasn't the first time a UFC fighter had this type of problem. Anthony Smith and his family were scared in their own home and said he resolved the situation by confronting the intruder. 'Bones' didn't actually need to get to the streets, but he scared away the visitor in an even more dangerous way. Recently, the North American has posted many photos carrying weapons and practicing shooting.
