The Brazilian Antonio Pezão He asked and the UFC answered. At the end of last month the Brazilian heavyweight asked to face the Dutchman alistair overeem upon his return to the octagon and the organization confirmed the fight. The fight between Pezão and Overeem is scheduled to take place on February 2nd, in Las Vegas, in the United States.
Pezão, who has an MMA record of 17 wins and four losses, in his last appearance achieved his first triumph within Ultimate. After debuting with a loss, he knocked out Travis Browne at UFC on FX 5, held in October.
In turn, Overeem, former Dream, Strikeforce and K-1 champion, has not fought since December 2011, when he debuted in the UFC with a victory over Brock Lesnar. The Dutchman was scheduled to fight for the heavyweight belt against junior gypsy, but was caught in an anti-doping test and ended up suspended until the end of 2012.
The UFC 156 fight program also features three more Brazilians in action. In the main fight of the night, José Aldo defends the featherweight belt against Frankie Edgar, Lyoto Machida faces Dan Henderson, While Rogério Minotouro will have ahead Rashad evans.

This challenge from Pezão was a shot in the foot because Overeem is coming to tractor and in my opinion it will be a massacre.
