“Of course, (I will root for) Khabib. Khabib will win. My brother,” said Cristiano, in a live broadcast on social media. The images were released by the profile 'REDFURYMMA'.

The duel between Nurmagomedov and Gaethje is highly anticipated by MMA fans, as it will confirm the absolute champion of the lightweight category (up to 70,3kg). Owner of the linear belt, the Russian has not played since September last year, when he crashed Dustin poirier.

Gaethje, in turn, is going for his second performance of 2020. In May, the North American shocked the world by beating the feared Tony Ferguson, which earned the athlete the interim division title. Now, the champions will face each other to decide who will be on the throne of the group.
