Three fights in the UFC, three impressive victories, that's the current record of Khamzat Shimaev, who is in the MMA spotlight. The Swede's most recent show took place at UFC Las Vegas 11, when he knocked out Gerald meerschaert in just 17 seconds and, with the hype increasing more and more, fans are starting to imagine what his performance would be like against the top welterweights (77,6kg) and middleweights (83,9kg). However, businessman Ali Abdelaziz has no doubts about his fighter's future.
To the North American website TMZ Sports, the owner of the company MMA Dominance I would like to see a fight between Chimaev and Conor McGregor and assured that if the duel happens in the future, it will be a tragic monologue for the Irish star.

“Khamzat would put McGregor in a wheelchair and make him drink from a straw for the rest of his life. I don't want Khamzat to fight a mentally unstable athlete. McGregor is mentally unstable! I wish you the best of luck, but Khamzat would kill you. He would actually kill him,” said Abdelaziz.
It is worth remembering that both Ali Abdelaziz and Khamzat Shimaev have already taken a stand against Conor McGregor sometimes. The businessman and the former UFC featherweight (65,8kg) and lightweight (70,3kg) champion often exchange insults on social media and the atmosphere between them became even more intense after the widespread fight between the Irish star and Khabib Nurmagomedov, at UFC 229, in 2018. In turn, the undefeated Chimaev even threatened 'Notorious', saying he would hunt him down in the middle of Ireland.
