Stephan Bonnar says he will make Anderson Silva's life hell at UFC Rio 3

the american Stephan bonnar is considered a broad underdog in the fight against Anderson Silva at UFC Rio 3. But for the finalist of the first edition of TUF, the Ultimate reality show in the United States, his goal is to surprise the Brazilian.

In an interview with the American website ”MMA Fight Corner”, Bonnar promised to create problems for the middleweight champion, who moves up to the light heavyweight division to face him.

“I'm not that focused on the result. I'm going to make him hell, show everything I have and do my best. And let's see. This could lead to victory,” said Bonnar. The fighter also revealed that the reduced odds at bookmakers, which can pay up to eight times the amount in case of victory, is a factor that motivates him even more.

“The odds are against it and no one gives me the slightest chance. I like that. There is no pressure on me. I only know what I can do. I’m not the type to just focus on results, I ask God for the strength to do my best”, he added.

The fight between Anderson Silva e Stephan bonnar will be the main attraction of UFC Rio 3, an event that takes place on October 13th, in the capital of Rio de Janeiro. Check out the full event card below:
