Dana White fires at referee who didn't see Rodriguez's knockout over Herman at UFC Vegas 10

President of Ultimate, Dana White did not spare referee Chris Tognoni for his performance in the confrontation between Ed Herman and Mike Rodriguez in the UFC Las Vegas 10, held this Saturday (12). In the press conference after the show, the 'big boss' shot at the leader of the confrontation, who did not see a clear knockout suffered by Herman in the second round (see the video below). After the fight continued, Rodriguez ended up submitting in the third round.

“It’s the worst I’ve ever seen. It was one of the worst things I've ever seen. That kid (Mike Rodriguez) won by TKO. It's disgusting. We have to have a replay. All you have to do is watch the damn replay. It was passed 'a thousand times' when Herman was on the ground”, said the agent.

Considering, then, that Mike was the moral winner of the confrontation, White guaranteed that the organization will pay the combatant the scholarship equivalent to the positive result for the athlete.

“We’re going to give Mike the winning money. He won,” he signed off.

When he was submitted, Rodriguez ended up failing to achieve his second consecutive victory in Ultimate, a feat that the fighter has yet to achieve since his debut in the organization in 2018.
