Him again. Known for his acidic statements and for not mincing words, Colby covington caused it again. After a historic attitude by athletes from the Milwaukee Bucks basketball team, who refused to play in an NBA playoff game, as a revolutionary act against North American police violence against the black population, the fighter decided to get involved. On his 'Twitter' account, the loudmouth used his popularity to criticize the movement that took place last Wednesday night (26) and ended up responding by Kamaru Usman.

The movement of Milwaukee Bucks players was due to the case involving Jacob Blake, shot seven times in the back by police in Kenosha, in the United States. At the time, the victim was trying to calm down a fight between two women. Blake did not die, but, according to family members, he lost the use of his legs after the incident.

Upon noticing Covington's contrary statement regarding acts in favor of equality and security for minorities, his former rival, Kamaru Usman, did not miss the opportunity to respond to the North American.

“I simply wish someone would break his jaw,” wrote the Ultimate welterweight champion (up to 77kg).

Known for his fight in favor of the rights of the black population, Usman made reference to the fact that he broke Colby's jaw (Covington does not confirm the fracture) in the confrontation between them, in December last year, for UFC 245.

The demonstrations lasted weeks and received supporters from several countries, including Brazil.
