Stephan Bonnar says he is scared of facing Anderson Silva at UFC Rio 3

Since being confirmed as an opponent of Anderson Silva at UFC Rio 3, the North American Stephan bonnar has adopted impactful phrases in each interview. The fighter, who already said that before the fight he was retired and later stated that he will shock the world by defeating Spider in his country, followed the same line in the press conference before the event, which will be held on October 13th, in the capital fluminense.

This time Bonnar stated that he is afraid of facing one of the greatest fighters of all time, but he takes it as a motivational factor.

“I'm scared to death! But this is a motivator. This is what will keep the light on for me to train harder in the coming weeks until the fight,” said Stephan, who revealed that not even his family believes in his victory. “My mother and my wife didn't want me to accept the fight, because they think I'm going to die in there”, he added.
