The Brazilian Glover Teixeira would do against Quinton Rampage Jackson the biggest fight of his career at UFC Rio 3, on October 13th, in the capital of Rio de Janeiro. But as the former UFC champion suffered an elbow injury, the Brazilian athlete was left without an opponent on the show.
On Twitter, Glover, who will compete in his second fight in the UFC, lamented the injury that kept him away Rampage of the event. But, at the same time, Glover guaranteed that he was ready to face any opponent in front of the Brazilian fans, to be chosen by the organization.
“I am saddened by the news about the Rampage, but I continue training hard. I’m in shape and I’ll fight anyone they find,” Glover wrote on the microblog.
