The official announcement of Mike Tyson's return to the ring stirred the spirits of martial arts lovers. “It's going to be a fight between two guys where one will want to put on a show, and the other will want to take his head off. Roy Jones Jr. is a guy who is looking for a fight, 'Captain Hook' (Hook, in English), but Tyson is looking for a knockout. As much as it is an exhibition, as they are saying, when it reaches the high caliber of these guys, any blow to the jaw knocks them down. Someone's going to fall, I think. And it's not Tyson”, said Rafael in an interview with 'ge'.

Cordeiro was one of those responsible for releasing Tyson's training videos, which gained worldwide proportions. In the images, Mike impressed with his physical shape and agility, even at 54 years of age and out of official competitions since 2005.

“He returned to the gauntlet and is there every day. We train hard, there is no light training, six-second training. Some people even said it, but there's nothing like that. It's really hard training, and great things will happen. There's a story ahead, a path ahead. O Mike Tyson is back, to our delight. I think so, great things will happen after this fight”, said the coach.

Finally, Rafael guaranteed that Tyson will be in great shape for his new appointment. The leader of 'Kings MMA' stated that the boxing legend would still be able to face younger athletes at a high level and the public can expect a great performance.

“He puts on a show for the kids there, he stays strong in every training session, he trains seriously in every training session and completes the training sessions, which is something very important. He's going to fight a 51-year-old guy, so it's very similar. I think it’s fair,” he concluded.
