Weidman doesn't wait for Anderson and fights in December

the average weight Chris Weidman was tipped to be the next challenger for the Anderson Silva, but as the Brazilian announced that he would only return to the octagon in 2013, and publicly asked for a super fight against the Canadian Georges St Pierre, the North American will fight before a possible title fight.

Weidman faces compatriot Tim Boetsch at UFC 155, an event that takes place on December 29, in Las Vegas, in the United States. The winner of the confrontation must be the next challenger for Anderson Silva, even if the Brazilian has a super fight against GSP.

Chris is undefeated in MMA, with nine wins, and is coming off triumphs over Demian Maia and Mark Munoz. Boetsch is also experiencing a great moment in his career. He knocked out Yushin Okami in the UFC in Japan and overcame the beast Hector Lombard, in the judges' decision.
