“Guys from Brazil, I just received a call from Lorenzo Fertitta (UFC majority shareholder) offering me a fight with the legend Jon Bones Jones. I even jumped on the ceiling, because I love challenges”, wrote Vitor on the microblog. “He told me that all the challengers in the category didn’t want to fight him. As a good Brazilian, I won’t run away from the fight, I won’t leave the fans without a great show”, he added.

“Don’t worry, I didn’t let you down. Jon Jones You’re going to have to get a ‘vintage’ Brazilian and at the same time new,” he continued. “I'm confident and happy, I'm counting on you in the crowd. I imagined Carlson (Gracie) here by my side. Never choose a fight. Thank you master, because you live inside me”, concluded Vitor.
