“I’m also looking forward to Saturday. I hope it will be a good fight, but I think it will be boring and you will miss me”, said the Brazilian in a live broadcast on his social networks.

Out of combat, Durinho then took the opportunity to make his prediction for the confrontation. Earlier this week, Gilbert revealed that he will support Kamaru and continues to bet that the Nigerian will maintain his status as champion.

“I think Usman will win, but it will be boring. You'll see what I can do with these guys. It is what it is”, he concluded.

Recovering from COVID-19, Durinho will have to wait until he is 100% fit to return to training and return to the Octagon. Currently, the athlete is number one in the category ranking and remains a strong name for a future title fight.
