São Paulo should host two editions of the UFC in 2013

The city of São Paulo is expected to host two editions of the UFC in 2013. After the problem that occurred this year, when the capital of São Paulo was to host UFC 147 in June, and residents prevented the event from taking place in Morumbi, the largest city in Brazil appears to have regained prestige with the largest MMA organization in the world.

“I was with UFC officials this week and we really want to bring the event to the city. We couldn't do it the other time, we suffered from the lack of a large gym to host the event, but we hope to be able to bring the UFC to São Paulo in 2013”, said the secretary, during the weigh-in of the Jungle Fight 42.
