The Brazilians Mauricio Shogun e Lyoto Machida were the highlights of UFC on FOX 4, an event held last Saturday (04), in Los Angeles. And as a reward for victories on the fight show, the athletes received the biggest salaries on the show.

The former UFC champions together received US$480, approximately R$965, almost half of the amounts paid to the other 18 athletes who fought on the show, which together totaled US$963, approximately R$1.936 million.
Shogun, who defeated Brandon Vera in the main fight of the event, earned US$280, while Lyoto, who knocked out Ryan bader in the second round, he pocketed US$200 for his presentation.
