Since winning his first UFC belt in August 2018, Henry Cejudo has been building his fame with challenges and unusual statements in the world of MMA. In the last one, the athlete, who declared his retirement from the sport in May this year, made a somewhat different proposal to try to get the chance to compete for the third belt for the company, against Alexander Volkanovsky, in the featherweight division (up to 65,7kg.).

“If I ever return to MMA, it will be behind your head, grown dwarf. I would bet my Olympic medal, my two belts and my first girlfriend ever, that you wouldn't be able to last two rounds against 'Triple C'. Bend your knees,” Cejudo wrote on his Twitter account.
If I ever come back to MMA it's going to be after your head your overgrown midget. I'd bet my Olympic Gold medal, my two belts and “my first girlfriend ever”, that you wouldn't make it go two rounds with Triple C! #bendtheknee @alexvolkanovski pic.twitter.com/k3uJzRYNIb

Henry's publication came in response to Alexander himself, who had shown himself open to a possible confrontation against the former Ultimate champion. At the time, after a previous provocation from the American, the featherweight number one stated that he considered 'Triple C' as a potential opponent.
Cejudo decided to leave the sport after a huge victory over the iconic Dominick Cruz, UFC 249. The athlete announced the decision while still in the octagon, stating that he was satisfied with his career and intended to rest after a life dedicated to competition.
In addition to two titles in different categories in the UFC, Henry, 33 years old, boasts an Olympic medal, won in Beijing (CHI), in 2008.
