The Brazilian Paulo thiago his return to the Octagon is scheduled for the UFC's debut in China in November. But in between training for combat, the fighter, who is also a police officer at BOPE in Brasília, was invited to visit Morro Santo Amaro, in Rio de Janeiro.
The community, which was pacified by troops from the Federal Government's National Force, has a social project that revealed big names in MMA such as Dudu Dantas, Bellator champion, Marlon Sandro and Hacran Dias. Paulo, accompanied by his mother and children, visited the project facilities and the military force and was introduced to the community project after pacification.
“As you can see, the community is calm, the arrival of a delegation like this, even more so with the presence of Paulo thiago which is a skull would be impossible without the presence of the National Security Force in the community”, said National Force Major Luiz Alves, who coordinates pacification.
