The 41 Jungle Fight crowded and set fire to the Municipal Prudente de Moraes gymnasium, in the city of Itu, in the interior of São Paulo, this Saturday. In the main attraction of the night, Ildemar Marajó from Pará defeated Eder Jones from Bahia on points and advanced in the GP of the under-84kg middleweight category.

The duel between Marajó Jones was also the most balanced. Ildemar started dominating the fight, taking advantage in the striking and arrived at the Bahian fighter's back. In turn, Eder managed to reverse the position and land very hard blows on the man from Pará, balancing the fight.
In the second round, the two were very evenly matched in the stand-up fight, but Ildemar managed a takedown that could have been fundamental to the result of the fight. The third and decisive round was the clearest. Ildemar got tired and Eder commanded the actions, landing the best blows.
The difficult decision was made by the side referees, who gave two votes to one for the man from Pará. With this victory, Ildemar only needs to defeat one more fighter to compete for the division's belt.
Another person who was also ahead in the same GP was the athlete Ederson Lion Macedo, who, after beating Vitor Figueiredo, also advanced in the tournament. Now, both Ildemar and Ederson need to win just one more fight to have the right to fight for the division's belt.
