The Brazilian Renan Barao dominated the North American Urijah faber at UFC 149, an event held last Saturday (23), and won the organization's interim belt. In addition to the belt, the Brazilian has accumulated 30 victories without defeat, 29 of which are victories and one No Contest (no results).
But despite the Brazilian athlete's good record, the champion Dominick Cruz, who is recovering from a knee injury, said he already knows how to beat Renan in the title unification fight.
“I have the answer to the way Barão fights. I definitely present a lot of problems to anyone in this category because I fight in a different way than everyone else in this category, and that's on purpose,” said Faber, in an interview with Fuel TV.
