Serginho (photo) faces Renée Forte at UFC 153
The UFC 153 fight program, also called UFC Rio 3, added another fight on the card. The Brazilians Serginho Moraes and Renée Forte, who participated in the first edition of TUF Brasil, will face each other in the event scheduled to take place on October 13th, at the HSBC Arena, in the capital of Rio de Janeiro.
Serginho and Renée participated in TUF in the middleweight category (up to 84 kg.), but the UFC 153 fight will be contested in the welterweight division (up to 77 kg.).
Renée, who has an MMA record of seven wins and just one loss, was eliminated from TUF Brazil in the quarterfinals of the dispute, when he was submitted with a rear naked choke. Serginho, who has a professional record of six wins and two defeats, was eliminated from the contest due to Daniel sarafian, but due to an injury suffered by his rival, the black belt from São Paulo was called up to compete in the final with Cezar Mutant, where he lost in a unanimous decision by the judges.
