Carnival Saturday was busy for MMA fans. In addition to UFC Auckland, held in New Zealand, Bellator landed in Dublin, Ireland, with a curious scene. In the fight between the Scottish Chris Duncan and the Polish Mateusz Piskor, it was the veteran referee Dan Miragliotta who was the target.

In the duel, Duncan pushed Piskor to release the hold. However, the referee was behind the Pole and ended up tripping. To quickly return to the dispute, Miragliotta made a quick roll and returned to mediate the duel.
The incident drew so much attention that Bellator himself shared the video on his Instagram account with the caption: 'Extra points for knocking down the referee?'. Check out the moment:
