For Jones, being considered the best in the sport is directly influenced by the achievements made inside and outside the octagon. It's important to stay focused and give sports enthusiasts what they want to see.

“It will depend on you (fans). At the end of the day, to be considered the best, it's all a matter of opinion. You have to keep pushing yourself to be in the conversations. When you think about the best fighter of all time, there are many factors that can influence it. Skills can be considered. It could be the way things are done. Could it be Conor McGregor, who is a great business guy in sports. It could be what you give back to humanity. It could be many things. As long as I stay on topic, I’m happy,” she declared.

Although the desire to test himself in another division is greater than ever, Jon says he is not yet saturated at light heavyweight. The fighter states that he remains motivated to remain 'the guy to beat' in his division and this may mean that he does not eliminate the possibility of remaining in it for a while longer.

“A lot of things have gone right among the light heavyweights. I feel like there will always be great competition as long as there are guys who want to achieve great things. It's my job to stay here and be the 'dream killer', in some way. I still have many years in my category, but I am also excited by personal challenges”, he concluded.
