“I'm very motivated to fight in Brazil, that's why I see this duel as different in my career,” said Werdum, who made a point of praising his opponent.
“The heavyweight category is very difficult, the fights in this division are very dangerous. Mike Russow has a heavy hand and a single blow can end the fight”, said the gaucho, who is betting on jiu-jitsu, one of his specialties, to beat his opponent in BH. “Mike has good takedown defense, but if he gives me the opportunity, I'll submit him”, he projected.
