Brazilian MMA enthusiasts have plenty of reasons to celebrate this weekend, especially those from São Paulo. In total, 24 athletes are prepared to bring the public a true spectacle that will take place this Saturday (16), at the Ibirapuera Gymnasium, in São Paulo. Before exchanging forces in the octagon, however, the athletes will face each other one last time this Friday (15).

Starting at 18pm (Brasília time), the combatants will do the ceremonial weigh-in, pose for photos and do the traditional face-offs, which promise to lift the event's spectators.

The card will be headlined by Ronaldo Jacare, who will make his debut in the light heavyweight division (up to 93kg) this weekend. Espírito Santo will face Jan Blachowicz and will seek victory to guarantee, right away, a prominent position in the division reigned by Jon Jones.

In addition to Ronaldo, other names known to the Brazilian public will also perform at the UFC Sao Paulo. On the main card, the legendary Mauritius Shogun will be responsible for entertaining fans in the co-main fight. The Curitiba native faces Paul Craig.

Charles of the Bronx, one of the Brazilian public's most beloved fighters, will also step into the octagon this Saturday. Light weight (up to 70,3kg.) will face Jared gordon.

In addition to the three, 12 more Tupiniquin fighters will defend Brazilian colors at the show in the capital of São Paulo.
