Heavy weight (up to 120,2kg.) Walt Harris is out of the main fight of the UFC Washington, which takes place on December 7th. The reason, however, is justifiable. The athlete is experiencing personal drama as he tries to find his daughter, Aniah Blanchard, who has been missing for more than a week. The information was released by 'MMA Junkie'.

Unable to focus 100% on his commitment against Overeem, the American chose to leave the December card to dedicate himself exclusively to finding his stepdaughter.

PUBLICITY:

Recently, Ultimate's president, Dana White, contributed US$30 (around R$120) to help with the search for 19-year-old Aniah. In a video released on his official Twitter account, the president confirmed the aid of US$25 for the government of Alabama (USA) and another US$5 as a reward for any information that could lead to solving the case.

White's video asking for people's support in trying to find Harris' daughter went viral and, to date, has been seen by more than 200 people.

PUBLICITY:

In total, more than 60 agents are working on the case and are trying to find Blanchard, who was last seen on October 23.

In the confrontation against Alistair, Walt would complete his 12th performance for the company. The American is in a great phase in his career with two consecutive victories and without losing for almost two years.

PUBLICITY:

Currently in tenth place in the heavyweight rankings, Walt would have the chance to face a veteran of the sport, who occupies sixth place in the category. A triumph would place the athlete close to the front line of the division and the combatant could dream of a future title fight, which today belongs to Stipe Miocic.

At 36 years old, Harris, who hasn't fought since June this year, has 13 wins, seven losses and one fight without results in his professional career.

Fatal change? Makhachev ignores warning and could end tragically at welterweight!
