The transition from one sport to another may not be an easy task for any athlete who wants to venture into a different type of martial art. However, Fury assured that he has an ace up his sleeve to facilitate his adaptation. The 'giant' stated that he asked the former featherweight (up to 65,7kg) and lightweight (up to 70,3kg) champion for help. Conor McGregor to help with training.

“I’ve been talking to Conor about it and he’s looking forward to coaching me. Will be nice. I come from a lineage of bare-knuckle boxers. Getting hurt, bleeding. You saw my last fight. There was blood everywhere. It's nothing new to me. I would love to go in there and crush someone,” said the Englishman.

After the formal invitation, it didn't take long for the Irishman to express his interest in doing a favor for a professional colleague. According to Tyson, Conor invited the boxer to go to Dublin (Ireland) to begin training.

In the 'noble art', Fury carries with him the weight of never having been defeated in an official fight. In total, the athlete has been in the ring on 30 occasions, winning 29 and drawing one. His draw came in the world belt dispute (WBO), when he fought, together with Deontay Wilder, a real battle, in December last year, in Las Vegas.
