Almost everything ready. The board is close to announcing the 11th fight of the UFC Sao Paulo, which takes place on November 16th at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera. Campinas native Ricardo Ramos, or ‘Carcacinha’, will face Uruguayan naturalized Brazilian Luiz Eduardo Garagorri in the event headlined by Ronaldo Jacare. The information was released by 'Combate'.

If the confrontation is confirmed, Carcacinha will be ready to have his sixth fight since debuting for the organization in 2017. Adding to the duel against Eduardo, Ricardo will complete his third fight in 2019. The athlete was present in the first card held in the territory Brazilian in 2019, UFC Fortaleza.
The Campinas native's last commitment took place in June, when the athlete managed to recover from the defeat he suffered against the promising Said Nurmagomedov. The Brazilian's record within the UFC is positive. In five presentations, the athlete managed to come out with a positive result in four of them.
Until now, Carcacinha had worked for the company in the rooster division (up to 62,7kg), today reigned by Henry Cejudo. For the event in the capital of São Paulo, however, the athlete moved up a category and will compete in the featherweight category (up to 65,7kg).
His opponent, Garagorri, recently made his debut for the company. The athlete was one of the South American representatives of the first UFC Uruguay, which took place in August. Eduardo will bring a double challenge to the Brazilian: win at home and put an end to an unbeaten run in Garagorri that has already lasted 13 fights.
At just 24 years old, Ricardo already has 14 fights in his professional career and has only two defeats.
